If you’ve logged in and found your game progress reset, don’t worry, your data is still safe. Here’s what likely happened and how to recover your account.
Why Did My Game Progress Reset?
We never delete or erase your progress. In some cases, the game may fail to load your original Game Center account and instead create a new profile. This can happen when:
You start the game without being logged into your Game Center account
You log in using a different or new Game Center account
You begin playing without Game Center, then log in after progress has already started
You install the game on a new device without restoring your original account
How to Regain Access
Make sure you're signed into the correct Game Center account:
Open your device Settings
Tap on Game Center and verify you’re logged into the correct Apple ID
Restart the game
Once the correct Game Center profile is active, your original progress should sync automatically.
