What are League Campaigns?
League Campaigns are the updated competitive mode in TWD:RTS! Leagues function like a ladder, where by engaging in PVP, players will climb their way up the ranks by earning trophies. Based on player and/or faction ranking within divisions, players will be able to earn various rewards!
How do I enter Leagues?
Once leagues have been unlocked by a player, that player is automatically added to the lowest division in the Solo League Ladder. If a player is in a faction or created a new faction, that faction is automatically added to the lowest division in the Faction League Ladder.
How do I earn trophies?
There are two types of trophies, Solo and Faction. These can be earned through various forms of PVP. Also, exclusive characters, including S-Class, that you can only earn from Leagues are an important part of the experience and Leagues are the only place in the game where players can consistently earn coins from play! Keep in mind that Raid Battles will now award a base value of 10 Trophies per win (before team strength multipliers), while Territories Battles will now award a base value of 5 Trophies per win.
Note: Players will only be able to earn coins from the profile/region that is currently in the highest league and division across the player’s entire account.
I’m at the top of my bracket, when will I move into the next division?
We have reduced the number of divisions in Platinum and Diamond. There will now be 3 Gold Divisions, 3 Platinum Divisions, and 3 Diamond Divisions, for a total of 9 divisions that participate in League Campaigns. At the end of each Stretch, which is a portion of a season, players will be either promoted or not move depending on their performance. There will be no demotions in any League. Promotion ranges (the percentage of players in each bracket that will be promoted each week) have been significantly increased to 30-40% at all League levels.
What about Faction Leagues?
Faction Leagues will not change. For example, Factions will start Season 11 in the same Faction League they were in during the Season 10 Home Stretch. There will continue to be a qualification period in the first week for the starting division, however this qualification period will apply to Faction Leagues only.
What happens if I hit the top of the highest division?
Once you are at the top of the highest division, you can no longer be promoted. However, you will have access to the best rewards during and at the end of the season. Coin and League Token rewards have been significantly increased for top ranks.
What happens if there is a tie in trophy count?
In the event of a trophy count tie, the higher rank is awarded to the player who hit that number of trophies first.
When do I get rewards?
Rewards are distributed within 24 hours of the end of a stretch and/or Season End will be delivered to your inbox. These rewards will contain a currency based on your division and will be usable at their corresponding store. In the case of the Faction Leagues, all members of the faction receive the same rewards, based on the faction’s Bracket Rank.
Paragon Mods (Season 11):
Paragon Mods are exclusive, high-power mods that will be awarded during Season 11 to players who rise to the top by reaching Diamond Division 3, via the corresponding League Campaign Mission. Paragon Mods are a high-power variant of Platinum Mods. While they share set bonuses with Platinum Mods, they have stats and components that are guaranteed (no “RNG”) and are provided at higher values. Paragon Mods are not intended to replace Platinum mods, and for now, they will not be available elsewhere in the game — they are intended to be a special reward for those who reach the pinnacle of competition.
Season Badges:
For actively participating in individual season, players will earn a season badge unique to that season. The top factions/players (found on the Top Players/Factions Leaderboards) will be able to earn improved versions of these badges for performing well. Players will have to have met a minimum milestone threshold in order to obtain a badge. Season badges for previous seasons will not be attainable once those seasons are over.
