Issue: Missing Battlepass Rewards:
Issue start date: 11th November 2024
Issue Description: Battle pass wheel not appearing despite buying battle pass
Status: The team is aware of this issue and is actively analysing its root cause. 
After a few troubleshooting steps, the issue should be resolved.

You can use them whenever you encounter an issue to see if that helps sort things out:

- Force close the game
- Restart the app
- Restart your device
- Switch your connection from WiFi to Mobile Data and vice versa
- Check your device's App/Play Store if there is an update for the game
- Toggle WiFi OFF and ON while you are in the game.
- Clear the cache memory of the device you are using
- Make room for around 4GB of Free Storage with your device

Please also make sure that no other application runs in the background while you play this game since it requires a powerful device.

For Android: To get the correct purchase receipt, go to pay.google.com > Menu > under Activity or Subscriptions & Services > click the purchase.

For iOS: To get the correct purchase receipt, you may go to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088 > Launch iTunes and select the iTunes Store > Click the button in the top left corner that displays your Apple ID and choose Account from the drop-down menu > You'll be prompted to enter your password for security reasons and then shown your account page > Scrolling down will reveal a sub-section called "Purchase History."

Quest Progression Issue:
Issue Description: Some players are experiencing issues where quests are not marked as complete despite meeting the requirements.

Game Crashing/Freezing During Arena Battles:

Status: The team is aware of this recurring issue and is working towards a definitive fix. If you encounter this problem, don't hesitate to contact Customer Support for compensation related to keys spent or missing rewards.
