We want to provide a safe and fun environment for all our players, and we understand how frustrating and concerning inappropriate behavior or content may be. To help maintain a safe environment for all, you can report inappropriate player behavior or harmful content either in-game or to our support team.
Your submission may help us determine whether any action is warranted based on our Terms of Service.
To make a report in-game, simply follow these instructions:
1. From any of the chats, Galaxy, Alliance, or Private, click a player's avatar to access the player options menu; (bear in mind that any action you choose will apply to the player you have clicked on.)
2. Click "Report"
3. Select "Confirm" when asked if you want to report the player
To make a report to our team, simply follow these instructions:
On your mobile device, tap on the “Chat With Us” button below, or the chat bubble at the top right of this screen. If you are playing on the web, PC, or console platforms, click on the chat bubble at the bottom right of this screen.
Select “Report Inappropriate Or Harmful Behavior/Content” from the support options.
Fill out the required information to complete and submit your report.
