Tickets are used to spin our prize wheels:

Daily tickets let you spin the daily wheel and can be found inside Star Crates or as quest rewards.

Golden tickets allow you to spin the following special wheels: Mega Wheel, Premium Wheel as well as time-limited Event Wheels. You can earn golden tickets by completing quests or reaching milestones. Alternatively, you can purchase them from the Toon Store. Event wheels frequently refresh allowing players to engage in weekly events.
