You may be asked to provide your Player ID (PID) when contacting Customer Care. Your PID is a unique identifier assigned to your account when you first install the game.
To find your Player ID:
From the Home screen, tap your Player Icon in the top-left corner.
This will open your Player Profile.
Your Player ID (PID) is displayed directly below your profile name.
Your PID will appear as a series of numbers, for example: 123456789.
