But don’t worry—you can still share files with us! Just email them to bashsupport@scopely.com.
When you reach out, please include:
Your Player ID (from game settings, if available)
Your email address (linked to the account, if possible)
Your ticket number (if you already raised one)

Attachments aren’t supported on iOS 13 or earlier due to a change in our support system.

Yes! You can continue chatting with us in-game. If you’d like to add screenshots or videos, send them via email, and we’ll link them to your case.
âť“ Does this affect Android or newer iOS versions?
No—only iOS 13 and earlier are impacted.
❓ How do I check which iOS version I’m using?
Go to Settings → General → About → iOS Version.
âť“ Is there a file size limit for email attachments?
Attachment limits can vary depending on the email app or service you’re using. If your file doesn’t go through, try sending it in a smaller size, compressing the video, or splitting it across multiple emails.
