- Your User ID (from game settings)

What’s happening?

How do I contact support if the page won’t open?

How can I request account deletion?
If the in-game option doesn’t open, you can:
- Email us at bashsupport@scopely.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”, OR 
- Visit our website and use the Contact Support option. 
When contacting us, include:
- Player ID and player name 
- Email address linked to the account 
- Ticket number (if raised already) 
- (Optional) Any purchase receipts or last login date to help us verify ownership
