Can’t Access the Bingo Bash Website? Seeing a “Please close this tab” Error?
🧩 What’s Going On?

After entering your login credentials, you may be redirected to a message that says:
"Please close this tab"
— instead of being taken into the game.

If this happens, don’t worry! You can still access your account by following these quick steps:

✅ How to Fix It:

1. Use Incognito or Private Mode
Open a private browsing window on your browser:

• Chrome Browser: Detailed Steps below:
  1. Open your web browser: Launch Chrome, Firefox, or any other browser you use. 
  2. Access the menu: Locate the three dots (or three lines) in the top right corner of the browser window. 
  3. Select "New Incognito Window": From the menu that appears, choose the option for private browsing (e.g., "New Incognito Window" or "New Private Window"). 

• Firefox Browser: Detailed Steps below: 
  1. To start a Private browsing session:
  2. On the Firefox home screen, tap the mask button at the top of the screen to switch to Private Browsing.
  3.  On the Private Browsing home screen, enter your search or website address in the address bar.

• Safari: Detailed Steps below:
  1. Open the Safari app.
  2. Tap the Tabs button, which typically looks like two overlapping squares, usually located in the bottom right corner (or top right on iPad).
  3. Tap the button that displays the number of open tabs (e.g., "[number] Tabs" or "Start Page") to reveal the Tab Groups list.
  4. Select Private from the list of Tab Groups.
  5. Tap Done.
  6. You can then open new tabs within this Private Browsing mode. To exit, repeat steps 1-3 and select a different Tab Group.
