Q) I didn’t get my rewards ?
- Please use the steps below to file a Missing Credit Report with RevU:
1. Open your RevU offerwall
2. Click the Support button on the top right.
3. It will show all offers you’ve clicked or completed in the past 30 days. Select your offer and click "Contact Support/Get Help".
4. Fill out the form providing all the requested Information to assist the advertiser in locating your account with them.
Q) What are the common issues/problems within Offerwall tasks?

Q) Offer shows as "credited" but I haven't received the rewards yet?
- If an offer shows as credited on your RevU account, this means RevU has sent the credits to their account. Once the offer is credited, they release the rewards immediately.
