We are aware that some of our valued players in the UK are experiencing issues accessing the Bingo Bash app on their devices (phones/tablets) or systems (PCs/laptops) when using broadband connectivity (Wi-Fi).

Upon our investigation, we've observed that players using Sky Broadband (Internet Service Provider) are experiencing the Game Not Loading issue.

To help resolve this issue, we recommend trying the following steps. Please follow one of the resolutions below and see if that helps:

Resolution 1: Recommended Steps for PC/Browsers Users!

  1. Visit the Sky Broadband Website and click/tap on "Log/Sign In."
  2. Log in with your Sky ID and password.
  3. Click or tap on the "Sky Shield" button.
  4. On the Sky Shield home screen, you'll see tabs for age ratings, and block and allow content.
  5. Click on "Block and Allow Content" and add the following URLs to your list of allowed sites:
  6. Save your changes and wait about 15 minutes for them to take effect.
  7. Try accessing/loading the Bingo Bash app or site and see if the issue is resolved.

Resolution 2: Recommended Steps for Device Users!

  1. Visit the Sky Broadband Website.
  2. Click or tap on "Log/Sign In" and enter your Sky ID and password.
  3. Once logged in, click or tap on the "Sky Shield" button.
  4. On the Sky Shield home screen, you’ll see tabs for age ratings, and block and allow content.
  5. Change the age rating to 18 Level.
  6. Save your changes and wait for about 15 minutes for them to take effect.
  7. After that, try accessing/loading the Bingo Bash app or site and see if the issue is resolved.



Note: In general terms, the 18 rating allows open access to any website you want to visit, but it blocks sites that behave in a suspicious way, i.e. anything that looks like a phishing website or malware.
