We are aware that some of you are experiencing issues with claiming rewards through Facebook Messenger. Please be assured that we are working closely with Facebook (Meta) to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can try a few alternative methods to claim your rewards through Messenger:
Use a Web Browser/PC: Attempt to claim your rewards via Messenger on a web browser or PC. Refer to the image attached below
Paste the URL: Copy the URL from the 'Click Here' page and paste it into a web browser to try claiming your rewards.
Uninstall Option: Uninstall the Messenger app from your device, open the Facebook app (if installed), and then try accessing Messenger features within the Facebook app to claim your rewards.
Note: If you’re asked to reinstall the Messenger app to access its features, please use either option 1 or 2 to claim your rewards.
