What’s happening?

Some players may experience an issue where the game gets stuck on the loading screen or shows an “Unable to load your lobby” error when playing on Microsoft Edge.

This issue is related to recent browser updates that affect how the game loads graphics and is not caused by your account or game progress.

Who is affected?

  • Players using Microsoft Edge (latest versions)

  • This issue impacts only a small portion of players and does not affect most browsers

How can I fix this?

To continue playing without interruption, please try one of the following options:

Switch to any of these other supported browsers

  • Firefox (Recommended)

  • Safari (on macOS)

Once you open the game in a different browser, it should load normally. You can always reach out to our Player Services Team, if you need any help on installing or getting these browsers on your device.
