What is Pois Bounty?

Poi's Bounty is a special sale that rewards users for making multiple purchases in the Web Shop during the sale period. As you make purchases and earn Loyalty Points in the Web Shop, you will earn the ability to claim additional in-game rewards as you reach Loyalty Point thresholds.

How do I earn rewards during Pois Bounty?

To earn rewards during Poi's Bounty, you must make purchases in the Web Shop while the sale is active. You will earn Loyalty Points for every purchase you make, and as you reach certain Loyalty Point thresholds, you will be able to claim additional in-game rewards. The Loyalty Point thresholds are 55, 225, 450, 750, and 1,150. 

Do I have to spend Loyalty Points to claim the rewards?

No, you do not need to spend any Loyalty Points to claim the rewards. Loyalty Points are only used to track your progress towards the Loyalty Point thresholds. When you claim a reward, your Loyalty Points are not deducted.

Where can I find the rewards that I claimed during Poi's Bounty?

The rewards that you claim during Pois Bounty will be sent to your TriPeaks Inbox, which you can access from the game's main menu.

What happens if I can't claim the rewards before the sale ends?

If you're not able to claim the rewards before the sale ends, don't worry. You will receive all of your available rewards next time you login to the Web Shop 24 hours after the sale is over.

Do my existing Loyalty Points count towards Poi's Bounty?

No, only purchases made during the active period of Poi's Bounty will be counted towards the promotion.
