This in-game menu connects you with special partner offers, powered by RevU. Complete simple tasks like watching a video, trying an app, or signing up for a service—and you’ll earn Coins in return!
❓ I completed an offer but didn’t get my Coins. What should I do?
No worries—if your reward didn’t show up, you can report it directly through RevU. Here’s how:
🛍️ Open the “Earn FREE Coins!” menu in-game.
🛠️ Click the Support button (top-right corner of the offer wall).
✅ Select your offer from the list of ones you clicked or completed in the last 30 days.
📝 Click “Contact Support” and fill out the form. Include:
Screenshots or confirmation emails
Your RevU Support ID (you’ll find this at the bottom of the offerwall)
❗ Important: Do not enter your TriPeaks Player ID or username—only your RevU Support ID.
⏳ How long does it take to resolve?
RevU will send your report to the offer provider, who will review it. It may take up to 21 days or more, depending on the verification process.
