What is the “Earn FREE Coins!” feature?
The “Earn FREE Coins!” menu in-game allows you to complete offers and earn Coins by engaging with partner content. This feature, powered by RevU, connects you with opportunities to earn rewards by completing various tasks or offers.
I completed an offer, but I haven’t received my Coins. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your Coins after completing an offer, you’ll need to report the issue through RevU’s Missing Rewards support flow. Follow these steps:
- Access the RevU Offerwall:
- Open the “Earn FREE Coins!” menu in-game.
- Click the Support Button:
- Locate the Support button in the top-right corner of the RevU Offerwall
- Select Your Offer:
- You’ll see a list of offers you’ve clicked or completed in the past 30 days. Select the offer in question and click Contact Support.
- Fill Out the Form:
- Provide all requested information, including screenshots or confirmation emails showing you met the offer requirements.
- Ensure you include your Support ID, found at the bottom of the Offerwall page, underneath all available offers.
- Important: Do not use your Tripeaks Player ID or username; only enter your RevU Support ID.
How long does it take to resolve Missing Rewards cases?
Once you submit your report, RevU will review your case and forward it to the offer provider. It can take up to 21 days or longer for a response, depending on the offer provider’s verification process.

Where can I find my Support ID?
To locate your Support ID:
- Open the “Earn FREE Coins!” menu in-game.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Offerwall page, below all available offers. Your Support ID will be displayed there.
