Need to request a refund for a Web Shop purchase? No problem—just follow these simple steps:

🧾 Step-by-step:

  1. Go to: https://babka.com/purchase

  2. Click “Continue with Facebook” and log in using the same Facebook account linked to your TriPeaks game.

🔍 Once logged in:

  • Head to the “Purchases” tab on the left-hand side.

  • If your purchases don’t appear right away, click “Yes, Please!” under “Add your purchases?”

  • You’ll then be asked to enter:

    • Your Transaction Number

    • Your Billing email

📧 Where do I find the Transaction Number?

Look for an email from Xsolla with the subject line:
“Your receipt No. ##########”
It’ll be sent to the email address linked to your Facebook/TriPeaks account.

🔗 After linking a purchase:

You’ll be asked if you want to link all purchases tied to that email.
Optional but recommended! It’ll make support and refunds easier in the future.

🧾 To submit your refund request:

  1. Return to the “Purchases” page.

  2. Find the purchase you want refunded.

  3. Click “Refund” at the bottom of the pop-up.

  4. Select the reason for your request, then submit.

🎉 Done! Your refund request will now be reviewed by Xsolla.
