Many reported issues will get resolved quickly, but sometimes it can take a bit longer to get to the bottom of a technical issue or bug.

Some users experience difficulties collecting Facebook Freebies
Issue Description: For some players, the Freebie Links on the Facebook Fan Page do not work immediately, usually due to the type of device players are using. Some devices take players to the App Store, instead of directly to the game. If when tapping the Freebie Link it takes you to the store, try tapping “Open App” as soon as possible. That should allow you to collect the Freebies. If you're still having issues after attempting this, please contact Support with the specific rewards you're trying to collect and we'll help you out.
Issue Status: Currently investigating the cause of this issue.
Tributes fail to add to Tribute Meter correctly
Issue Description: Tributes do not display correctly after Volcano eruption. Fortunately, users still receive the Tributes, they just can't see them.
Issue Status: We've prepared a fix for version 10.5.0+. As this is a visual bug, there is no additional action required but please contact Support if you require assistance.
Rescue progress resets or progress is lost during Rescue Missions
Issue Description: Occasionally when the app freezes while playing the current Rescue Mission, players may lose progress towards their current Rescue Reward.
Issue Status: Issue is fixed as of 10.3.0+
Red Stars appear as already earned in Skylands
Issue Description: While playing Skylands users may see Red Stars as already collected and earned for levels they have not yet completed this season.
Issue Status: We've prepared a fix for version 10.4.0. In the meantime please contact Support for assistance.
