  • 30 days under GDPR

  • 45 days under CCPA

🕒 While your data will be removed from our primary systems within 30 days, it may take up to 90 days to fully remove it from backups.

Once the deletion is processed, we are not able to confirm or respond—your data will be gone, as required by law.

If you return to TriPeaks, you’ll start fresh as a new player, and you’ll be asked to provide consent to store your data again.
