If you're experiencing freezing or crashes, please try the following steps:
1) Force close the Solitaire TriPeaks app and open it again. Don't know how to force close an app? Please follow these directions: Android, Amazon or Apple
2) Restart your device
3) If you sign in through Facebook, be sure you have the latest version of the Facebook app installed. (optional)
4) Please make sure you are connected to a strong internet source, whether WiFi or 3G/4G network. You can check your connection speeds here: www.speedtest.net
5) Make sure your device has at least 200 MB of disk space available.
As a last resort, you may try uninstalling the app and reinstalling. (Don't worry, you won't lose any progress by uninstalling).
