Why don’t I always receive the seeds I need for my Collection?The seed pack rewards are distributed randomly by the system, not manually by any human. This means that even if you select a specific region, there’s no guarantee you’ll receive the exact seeds you’re looking for to complete a particular Collection.

How can I increase my chances of getting new seeds?To improve your chances of receiving seeds you’ve never grown before, we recommend growing 10 plants. Once you do, you’ll receive a Lucky Seed Pack, which guarantees a seed that you haven’t grown yet.
