If you purchased an item in-game but didn’t receive it, kindly follow these steps and reach out to our support team so we can help you out:
Google Play Store:
Visit Google Pay.
Sign in to your Google Account.
Click on "Activity".
Choose the purchase you’re having problems with, which will display your receipt.
Apple App Store:
Open your device’s Settings.
Tap your name, then "Media & Purchases", then "View Account".
Tap "Purchase History" and locate the transaction you need assistance with.
Tap on it to view the receipt and save your proof of purchase.
Note: Make sure that the details of your purchase are visible in the screenshot you share with us, including the transaction ID (GPA number on Google or Order ID on Apple), the name of the item you purchased, and the date of the transaction.
