There are currently three ways to save your game progress and resume it if you switch to a new device:

  1. Android Devices:

    • Link your account to Google Play.

  2. Apple Devices:

    • Use your Apple ID to save your game.

  3. All Devices:

    • Link your Garden Joy account to Facebook. You can read more about linking your account by tapping this link.

Important Note: If you don't log in with any of these methods, you can't resume the game on a different device, and your progress might get lost.

If You Forgot to Link Your Account:

  1. Open your Garden Joy app and access your Settings menu by tapping the Silhouette icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.

  2. Scroll down until you find the Support button. This will take you to our FAQ website.

  3. Access the "How Can I Recover My Progress?" article.

  4. Scroll down until you see the Chat with Us button. Tap it, and one of our Support Agents will gladly help you out.

Note: You need to perform these steps and read the article from your Garden Joy app.
