Here you can find a list of known issues currently being investigated by our developers.
Some issues are resolved quickly, but others may take longer to fix.
This list is constantly updated, with issues added and removed as they are discovered and resolved.
If you encounter a bug not listed here, please reach out through the support chat in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

🔧 Unexpected Issue

Players encounter an "Unexpected Issue" message when trying to submit their challenge.
Some players may also see a "Not Enough Coins or Diamonds to Submit" error.
Workaround 1: Remove borrowed decor and clear cache.
Workaround 2: Remove all items placed, close the challenge, clear cache, and restart the app.

🎨 Decor Missing After Challenge Submission

After submitting a design, decor may disappear or be missing in profile, voting, or sharing.
Temporary Fix:

  1. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right.

  2. Open the faulty design and tap the flag icon next to "Share."

  3. Select the option to request a re-render.

  4. Clear cache and restart the app.

💥 Visual Crashing Issue

After challenge submission, decor and items may not display correctly in profile or voting.

🌸 Decor Displaying as Pink Distortion

Some decor items appear as pink distorted shapes.

🔄 Game Does Not Scale After Being Rotated

The game does not adjust properly after screen rotation.
Temporary Fix: Set app to "App Default" in your device settings under Apps > Default Apps.

🏆 Achievement Issue

Achievements do not unlock even after meeting the required score.

🛠️ Unable to Change Items When Designing

Some items can't be edited during the design phase.
Workaround: Use the eye icon to bring back the bubbles and edit the item.

🧱 Items Not Showing After Design Submission

Some items do not appear after submission.
Temporary Fix: Use the same steps listed under "Decor Missing After Challenge Submission."

🔐 Unable to Login

Players see an "An error occurred. Please try again" message when logging in with Facebook.
Temporary Fix: Log out of the Facebook app, reopen the game, and try signing in again.

🌿 Completed Collections Do Not Credit Rewards

After collecting all required plants, rewards are not credited, and the collection shows as incomplete.

🌀 Stuck on Loading Screen

Players are stuck on the loading screen and can't access the app.

📩 Stuck Inbox Notification

Inbox shows a new message notification even when no messages are present.
Workaround 1: Check for a message from Support under Profile > Settings > Support.
Workaround 2: Clear cache and restart the app.

💎 Event Tokens Do Not Convert to Diamonds

Extra event tokens are not being converted to diamonds after the event ends.
