Here is where you can find a list of known issues that are currently being investigated by our developers.
 
Some of these issues will get resolved relatively quickly, but sometimes it can take a bit longer to get to the bottom of a technical issue or bug.
 
This list will be constantly updated, and issues will be added and removed as they are discovered and resolved.

Known Issue

 
Unexpected Issue

Issue Description: Players have reported experiencing an error saying, "Unexpected Issue. The Item Count for this Challenge is not Valid." 

Issue Status: The team has fixed this issue, please restart the game. Thanks for your patience! 

Visual Crashing Issue

Issue Description: Players have reported experiencing crashing or freezing in the game related to a visual issue or when submitting a Challenge.

Issue Status: The team is aware of this issue and actively working on a fix to resolve it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work to implement a solution.

Decor Missing after Challenge Submission

Issue Description: After submitting a challenge, you may notice that your decor is not visible, and some items may be missing from your profile designs, voting and sharing. 

Issue Status: We are actively addressing the issue and working on a solution. Thank you for your patience! 

Decor Displaying as Pink Distortion

Issue Description: Several players have notified us that certain decor items are currently being displayed as pink distortions.

Issue Status: Our team is actively aware of and investigating this matter and will get a fix out ASAP. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Game does not scale after being rotated

Issue Description:  The game does not scale after being rotated.

Workaround:  As a temporary workaround, we recommend setting the App to ‘App Default’. To do this Go to Settings > Apps and Notifications > Default Apps. Tap the app you want to set and then select as Default. The team will be looking into this in the meanwhile.

 

To Honor a Star - Pink display
Issue Description: The Masonry displays pink after submitting the "To Honor a Star" design.
Issue Status:  The issue has now been fixed. You may need to clear cache in order to see the correct design. Here's how you can do that:

- Tap on your profile (bottom-right most option)
- Tap on the gear icon on the upper left
- Tap Clear beside Cache
Achievement issue
Issue Description: When you reach a scoring high enough to complete an achievement, it doesn't complete
Issue Status: The team is aware of the issue and are working to fix it ASAP
 
 "Unexpected Issue"
Issue Description:  Getting the "Unexpected Issue" error message when submitting Challenges
Issue Status:  You may try removing a borrowed item from the Club and replace it with your owned item and see if you should be able to submit the design.
 "Unable to Change items when designing" Issue Description: We've received reports from players that some placed items can't be changed during the Designing Phase.
Issue Status: The team is already aware of and investigating this issue. As a workaround, you can use the eyeball icon in the HUD to bring back the bubbles and change the item that way.
  "Items not showing after Design"   Issue Description: We've received reports from players that some items are not showing up after submitting the Design especially when designing the "Traces of Time" challenge. We've also seen reports for other challenges. 
Issue Status: The team is already aware of and investigating this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused.
"Friends Leaderboard Designer Name Change after re-login"

To utilize the Friend's Leaderboard feature, please re-login to your Facebook account to grant permission to access your friends. Once you complete this step, the game will automatically update your in-game Designer Name to match your Facebook name.

If you wish to revert to your preferred name, you have the option to manually change your in-game Designer Name.
