Some issues are resolved quickly, but others may take longer to fix. This list will be constantly updated, with issues added and removed as they are discovered and resolved.

Unexpected Issue

Players have reported encountering an "Unexpected Issue" error message that prevents them from submitting their challenges.

Some players may also face a "Not Enough Coins or Diamonds to Submit" message.

Temporary Fix: Perform a hard close and reopen the app.

Visual Crashing Issue

After submitting a challenge, decor may not be visible, and some items may be missing from your profile designs, voting, and sharing.

Decor Missing after Challenge Submission

After submitting a challenge, decor may not be visible, and some items may be missing from your profile designs, voting, and sharing.

Temporary Fix: Follow these steps to reload your design:

  1. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.

  2. Open the faulty design and tap the flag icon next to the 'Share' button.

  3. A pop-up will appear with an option to request a re-render of your design.

  4. Clear your cache and restart the Garden Joy app.

Decor Displaying as Pink Distortion

Several players have notified us that certain decor items are currently being displayed as pink distortions.

Game Does Not Scale after Being Rotated:



The game does not scale after being rotated.

Temporary Fix: Set the app to ‘App Default’. Go to Settings > Apps and Notifications > Default Apps. Tap the app you want to set and then select as Default. The team will be looking into this in the meantime.

Achievement Issue

When you reach a score high enough to complete an achievement, it doesn't complete. 

Unable to Change Items When Designing

Some placed items can't be changed during the Designing Phase.

Items Not Showing after Design Submission

Some items are not showing up after submitting the Design.

Temporary Fix: Follow these steps to reload your design:

  1. Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.

Unable to Login

Players have reported encountering an "An error occurred. Please try again." when trying to sign in using Facebook which prevents them from linking their Facebook account to save their game progress or recover their game data.

Temporary Fix: Log out from the Facebook app. Open the game and tap "Sign in with Facebook". This will force the players to log in to Facebook, eventually linking it to their Garden Joy game progress.
