Why am I on this page?
If you have been redirected to this page while trying to open the game, then this indicates that you cannot play the game due to an issue involving saved data on your account not being compatible with your game.

Until your game is compatible with this saved data, you will not be able to open and play the game.

What can I do to resolve the issue?
There are two suggestions that we can provide that may help you with this issue.

First:

Check to see if an update is available for your game. If you do not have automatic app updates enabled, then you should check the app store/play store to see if there is an update available.

Second:

If you have been playing the game on an Android device, and are attempting to play under the same account while on an iOS device, you will need to wait until an update is available for the iOS version of the game.

We would recommend that you continue to play the game on your Android device until an update for the iOS version of the game becomes available, at which point you should be able to resume play.
