Although we are investigating more long-term solutions for this, it has been confirmed that players might have some issues with the Web Portal login process after a Region Transfer in-game.

Some of these are resolved by clearing your browser cache and cookies.

Others have been tested by our community (thank you!) and might work for you:

- Can't login: Create a mini account in your original region, this is particular for transfers. Create a mini, finish the tutorial, go to the website and login. After that you change region name in the tab next to your login info. Also try logging out of the web portal and logging back in. This should work (remember to select the current region you are in after you re-login).

- Can't switch regions in the portal because there's no scroll box: Tap your avatar, then 'View Profile' and that page has a scroll box where you can pick your region.

- Keep getting an FB error or Scopely Account error:  Open Google Chrome and type the website's url into the browser (https://twdrts.com/)
