If you open the game and get an “Expired Account” error message, don’t worry; your account is safe! This is happening because you’re not logged in to the correct account.
To fix this, please do the following:
- Tab the “Start New Profile” option
- Go to the “Settings” option beside the Campaign Energy in the top right corner.
- Sign in to your account using your usual methods, Facebook, Apple, Google or Scopely ID.
This should take you to the correct account.
However, if your account was below Level 30 and you’re receiving this error message, you will unfortunately need to start over again.
