Each Time Heist will upgrade specific characters to a designated power level. Characters above the designated power level will not be reduced and additional compensation will not be granted. If a character has some power vectors above the designated power level and others that are below, the character will not lose progress and only those power vectors below the designed power levels will be upgraded.

As an example, if a Time Heist Offer grants a 3 Yellow Star, Gear Tier 6 Spider-Man, and you already own a 5 Yellow Star, Gear Tier 3 Spider-Man, after the Time Heist you will own a 5 Yellow Star, Gear Tier 6 Spider-Man.
