You can purchase more Campaign Energy by tapping on the yellow Energy icon at the top-right corner of the screen. This will take you to a pop-up where you can purchase Campaign Energy using Energy Refills.

If you have depleted your inventory of Energy Refills, you can spend Power Cores instead.
