If you prefer not to receive Alliance Invites in the game, you have the option to turn it off.

Tap the Options icon (small gear icon) in the far-right corner of the home screen in the game. Locate "Alliance Invites Enabled" on the screen to uncheck the box.

Note: You can always enable Alliance Invites again by returning to the Options menu and checking the box.
