You may be asked for your Player ID (PID) when contacting Customer Care. This is a unique identifier that is assigned to you when you first install the game.
To find your Player ID, follow these steps:
Step 1 - From the home screen of the game, tap your player icon located in the top-left corner.
Step 2 - This will bring you to the Player Profile screen.
Step 3 - Your PID is located directly below your profile name in this format: "123456789"
