When you are ready to enter a Campaign mission, tap the Fight button. You will be able to select the compose the squad that you want to take into battle.

All characters available for the mission will be listed on the left. Tap any to add them to an empty spot in your squad.

To remove a character, tap them on the right side of the screen. When you're done, tap the Ready button to enter the battle.
