If you are playing as a guest, your game progress cannot be saved if the app is uninstalled. So, we strongly recommend connecting your game to a Facebook or Apple account. In addition to safeguarding your progress, playing with a Facebook or Apple account allows you to play with friends!
If you have lost your progress while playing with a Facebook or Apple account, please follow these steps:
1- Tap on the hamburger menu at the top left of the game's main screen
2- Tap on the Gear icon to access the Settings at the bottom of the menu list
3- Tap on "Connect Account"
4- Tap on "Play with Friends" if your account was connected to a Facebook account and "Sign in with Apple/Google Play" if it was connected to your Apple/Google Play account.
