Make sure you have the most updated version of MONOPOLY GO! To do so, head to your app store and see if there’s a new update to the game. If there is, make sure to download the new update.
Exit and restart the game.
Check with your bank or payment platform to verify that the payment went through. You can also reach out to our customer service using the "Customer Service" button in the Settings menu.
