"Families" is a social feature that will allow players to join and create new groups of players! In your family, you can chat amongst each other and help fellow family members claim rewards! You can group yourself by:
Actual family members
Interests or hobbies
Already-existing friend groups within the game
Many other options!

Each Family will have a Leader who can manage members, change a family's type, and change a family's emblem. Each Family can only have one leader but as many Co-leaders as they want.

Families can have a membership type of either Private or Public. If a leader wants to moderate who joins their group, the leader can make it private so that new members are invite-only. Invites are approved by Leaders and Co-leaders. Additionally, Leaders have the exclusive ability to edit the
Family Name, Description, Emblem and Type.

Please note:

- Players need to be at least level 10 to use Families.

 

When you enter the Family Chat, you can press the blue button at the bottom of the screen and choose a reward to ask for help with! Once you select a reward, your family will see this help request in the Family Chat. Players in your family can tap on the Help button on your request to help you earn that reward. Depending on the reward, your request may require varying amounts of players to pitch in! Once the Help meter has been filled up, you will need to select the green claim" button to receive your reward directly to your inventory. Pitch in when your family members make requests and earn help points!

You can make a new help request every 5 hours and each unique reward can be requested once per day.

Please note: It doesn't cost you anything to help a family member earn these items!

 

If you enter the Members section of families (Photo frames on the wall), you can tap the Invite Buddies" option where you will see all your online Buddies. Additionally, you can add players wherever you see the 3 menu dots next to their name. There will be a maximum of 50 members for all families.

 

When you create a family, you can choose either free or premium emblems to represent your family. Once chosen, a family's emblem can be changed by a leader by going into the Info section of the Families Lobby and selecting "Edit Details".

Emblems belong to the family that purchases them. If you purchase premium emblems for your family and then leave the family, those emblems will remain with your old family.

If you would like to leave your current family for another, you can view your family's Info and then press the red "Leave" button to be removed from that family.
