Winter Wonders Diamond Pack not giving out a rare Sticker

We are aware of this issue where our players are opening Diamond Sticker packs in the game but are not getting the minimum of 1 4-star sticker. The team is already looking into this. Please stay tuned here for updates!
 
Prize calendar - Adventure Coins

Q: I collected 200 Adventure Coins, but I don't see them in my reward inbox. Where are they?

A: The 200 Adventure Coins from the Prize Calendar have been added directly to your total balance and won't appear in your reward inbox. You can find them already reflected in your coin total.

The white square in the family section: 

A white screen shows up when trying to check family descriptions and members.

Prize Pass Goal for Family Feast when there is no active event.
We've noticed that the Prize Pass Goal for Family Feast is showing as active, even though the event has been canceled. The game team is on it!  Please stay tuned here for updates!

Family Feast Suddenly Ending 

We are aware of an issue where the reward animation keeps looping and the event suddenly disappears from the game list. The team is already looking into this, and we really appreciate your patience as we get to the bottom of this case. Please stay tuned here for updates!

Delay purchases in the Yahtzee Online Store

We are aware of the delay in purchases in the Yahtzee Online Store. Please hold while the team investigates this issue, we will come back to you as soon as we have an update. 

Additional findings:  Any pending rewards in your inbox after making a purchase on the web portal has a chance to temporarily disappear. This is only a visual glitch.

 

Unable to log in to playyahtzee.com using a newly created Scopely ID

Currently, the only way to log in to playyahtzee.com is by using your Facebook account. We are experiencing issues with newly created Scopely ID accounts. We are sorry for the inconvenience this might cause.
