What is Energy? How is it better than tickets? 
Energy is the new way to start games on the app. Compared to tickets, you can use it to play any game mode you choose! Plus it is all returned to you if you win the match! And you get free energy every day.

What is the "/300" in the balance?
This is the cap. You can hold upto 300 energy (unless you are subscribed to Prize Pass, then it's up to 500). Once your Energy is full - you have 300 energy - it will not continue to fill automatically until you start playing. Energy received as a reward or a purchase will go over the cap, so you don't lose anything!

How does the Energy refill work?
Your Energy automatically fills over time until it's full. It's completely free! 
You can hold upto 300 energy (unless you are a subscriber, then it's up to 500).
Every time you enter a game mode, you lose a certain amount of energy

When you slip under the energy cap, you get back 15 energy every 18 minutes and 25 energy for Prize Pass subscribers.
If you win energy from the game, or get energy from watching ads, you can go over the cap.

Do all game modes require the same amount of Energy to start a new game?
No, it varies depending on the game mode, just like it does with Bonus Rolls. The price changes for some game modes, because the rewards that you can get there are much higher than in others. If the price used to be higher in Bonus Rolls it will also be higher with energy now.

What do I do if I run out of Energy and don't want to wait for a refill?
Don’t want to wait for your energy to refill? Don’t worry! Use bonus rolls to start games and keep on playing! You can also watch rewarded videos available in the store for more free energy or purchase Energy rush in the store.

Why has my Family Gift Bundle changed?
Since we are only introducing Energy into the game, some offers have been modified to provide the best value for all players.

What is Energy Rush?
Energy Rush is a limited time event. When Energy Rush is active, you can play any game you want for free! Energy Rush is instantly activated when you claim it/ receive it, and lasts for a fixed period of time.

Win Back Energy?
We also have the Energy Back wherein your entry Energy used will be given back upon winning. This includes events such as Dice World, Survivor, Tournament, Treasure Hunt, Family Games, Family Feast, Paint N' Roll, Victory Rush, and Bowling (Excluding PVP).

• When you win a game, you win back the Energy you spent to play. That means that as long as you keep winning, you can play for free. However, Energy back is not granted when starting a match with Bonus Rolls.
• In Survivor, you get your energy back after winning Round 4.
• Lastly, Energy back doesn’t apply when playing in Energy Rush - because you already play for free.

How about my Daily Free Play?
The free entry has been now transformed to energy. Energy is FREE and it refills for free too over time. The cool thing is that now instead of one free match in each game, you can play several matches in the same game, so you can chose to play your favourite game repeatedly instead of having to play one of each type.

The 300 cap limits the number of games that you can play for free to make it similar to the number of free entries in the old ticket system. However, with energy you can now play indefinetely as long as you keep winning! 

What happened to all my tickets?

All of your existing and earned tickets will be exchanged into a variety of rewards. You can collect it in your Inventory once it has been sent by the game team within 24 hours of the Energy System release!

I don't like this update. Is there any way you can put me back to using Tickets instead?
No. We get that changes in the game can be uncomfortable and confusing at first. However, we assure you that we will continue to improve the game to make it more fun and challenging for everyone.
