What is Family Champions?
Family Champions is a time-limited event in which your family competes against other families! Highest-ranking families win the best rewards!
How do I play Family Champions?
Collect Medallions to progress in the competition. When the event ends, the family with the most Medallions will win the grand prize!
What are Medallions? How do I earn them?
Medallions contribute to your family’s progression in Family Champions. Complete quests to earn them with your family and advance in the competition. You can find your current quest in the Family Champions screen!
Who am I competing against?
In Family Champions, you compete as a family against other families!
What are the rewards?
Tap the chests in the event screen to open and see the reward for each position. Reach the top 3 spots to win the best rewards!
Where can I see my family’s progress?
Tap on the Family Champions widget to check your Family’s position and rewards! You can also see your family members’ contributions in the “My Family” tab.
When do I get my rewards?
When the competition is over, collect your rewards from the event screen. Missed it? You still have some time to claim them from your inventory. Get them before they’re gone!
Why didn’t I receive rewards from Family Champions?
First of all, make sure your family is placed in a rewarded position in the competition!
You must contribute the minimum number of medallions or more to be eligible to collect rewards with your family.
What happens if I switch families during Family Champions?
You can only enter the competition once. If you’ve already entered Family Champions and switched families during the event, your Medallion contributions will go toward your previous family’s total, not your new one. You can move back to your old family and keep playing with them to earn your rewards.
