Unable to scroll in the Web Portal

Currently, some players are unable to scroll within the portal. Make sure to clear your browser cache if this happens and try again. If this doesn't solve the issue, open a case with the support team so we can get as much information as possible to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Payment issues with Xsolla

Xsolla System components have undergone a maintenance last April 22, 10 pm to April 23, 2 am PDT to improve reliability and performance.

Family Feast  Categories are too big / overlaps with other buttons

We're aware of this issue where the Categories in the Family Feast board are too big or that it overlaps with other buttons while playing. 3x Category not responding on the Family Feast game board

Dice World Star Catcher Boosters not working

New Home Lobby—Games are disappearing from the Home Screen and Freezing

We're aware of this issue in the New Home Lobby where games are disappearing from the home screen, and the players are unable to scroll through the games in the new home screen.
