Missing Prize Pass Gold Benefits

We are aware of an issue causing some active subscribers to lose their Prize Pass Gold perks despite maintaining a paid membership.  We are investigating the issue and will provide updates here as we have them.  In the meantime, if you are experiencing this issue, please contact us directly with your latest payment receipt, and we will manually restore your subscriber benefits.
