Many reported issues will get resolved relatively quickly, but sometimes, it can take longer to get to the bottom of a technical issue or bug.

Here is where you can find a list of issues currently being investigated by our developers.

This list will be updated regularly, and issues will be added and removed as discovered and resolved.

In support, we can only help you if you are using the latest version of the game.

We currently support versions above 8.45+ ; if you are experiencing weird behavior in the APP, please make sure your device has this version installed before you contact us for help.

Prize Pass Milestone was lower than intended

Our game team recently found that the gem required to level up milestones in Prize Pass was set lower than intended. Because of this everyone is able to progress faster than the Prize Pass was designed for. This has now been fixed, and to keep things fair and challenging for everyone. Prize Pass are adjusted back to the milestone you would have reached under the correct gem costs.

Here's what this means for you:
(A) Any rewards you already claimed from milestones beyond your adjusted progress are yours to keep. Nothing will be removed.
(B, only if claimed) Once you level up through the Prize Pass again and reach those same milestones, you won't be able to claim those specific rewards a second time, since you've already received them.
(C) Any unclaimed rewards will still be claimable once you reach that milestone again.

We assure you that your claimed rewards were properly added to your account.
