There are separate timers for the end of the Dice World Event and the end of entries into the Dice World Race:

 

 

The race will close 7 hours before the actual end of the event. This restriction ensures every player is in a balanced, competitive group.

Where can I find and how can I join the race?
You'll be able to join the race after completing all Dice World levels.
