In the current version of this game, the amount of Scratchers you can see in your Rewards Lobby is limited to 200. If your total number of scratchers exceeds this number, you will be unable to see over that amount.

 

To fix this, please follow these steps:

- Redeem all visible Common, Mega, or Super Scratcher in your Reward Lobby.

- Either exit the Rewards lobby and wait 10 seconds or force-quit and re-open the app.

- Re-enter the Reward Lobby, and if there are still a large number of scratchers remaining, repeat this process.
