If you completed a purchase but did not receive what you were charged for, we're very sorry for that inconvenience. Please get in touch with us with a screenshot/copy of your iTunes Receipt.  This is the best way to track down the purchase and see what happened.
 
Receipts are e-mailed to you by iTunes at the time of purchase. If you can't find it, be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
 
Simply click the “Contact Us” link at the top right of your screen. Once we have your iTunes Receipt, we can verify the status of your delivery and provide further support.
