If you completed a purchase but did not receive what you were charged for, we're very sorry for that inconvenience. Please get in touch with us with a screenshot/copy of your Google Play Receipt.  This is the best way to track the purchase and see what happened.

Receipts are e-mailed to you by Google Play at the time of purchase. If you can't find it, check your spam/junk folders.
