Sending screenshots can help our support team better understand and resolve your issue. Here's how to do it based on your device:

📱 On iOS (iPhone/iPad)

Take a screenshot:

  • Press the Side Button + Volume Up at the same time.
  • The screenshot will appear in your Photos app.

Send it to Customer Support:

  • Open Scrabble GO.
  • Go to your Profile (top left).
  • Tap the Settings gear (top right).
  • Select Help / Customer Support.
  • Tap Contact Us.
  • Write your message and tap the image icon to attach the screenshot from your Photos library.

📱 On Android

Take a screenshot:

  • Most Android devices: Press Power + Volume Down at the same time.
  • The screenshot will be saved in your Gallery or Photos app.

Send it to Customer Support:

  • Open Scrabble GO.
  • Go to your Profile (top left).
  • Tap the Settings gear (top right).
  • Select Help / Customer Support.
  • Tap Contact Us.
  • Type your message and tap the image icon to attach your screenshot.
