Sending screenshots can help our support team better understand and resolve your issue. Here's how to do it based on your device:
📱 On iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Take a screenshot:
- Press the Side Button + Volume Up at the same time.
- The screenshot will appear in your Photos app.
Send it to Customer Support:
- Open Scrabble GO.
- Go to your Profile (top left).
- Tap the Settings gear (top right).
- Select Help / Customer Support.
- Tap Contact Us.
- Write your message and tap the image icon to attach the screenshot from your Photos library.
📱 On Android
Take a screenshot:
- Most Android devices: Press Power + Volume Down at the same time.
- The screenshot will be saved in your Gallery or Photos app.
Send it to Customer Support:
- Open Scrabble GO.
- Go to your Profile (top left).
- Tap the Settings gear (top right).
- Select Help / Customer Support.
- Tap Contact Us.
- Type your message and tap the image icon to attach your screenshot.
📎 Tip: Make sure the screenshot clearly shows the issue you're experiencing (e.g., error message, missing item, etc.).
