Yes, you have two ways. If you are playing Scrabble with boosters, you can pass your turn using the booster "Bonus Swap." This booster will swap letters without using a turn. Without boosters, if you go to the hamburger menu at the bottom right side of the match, you will see an option to pass your turn, but you will skip your turn as well.
