You have to add all the information you have and a screenshot if you have one. Then you will get a response letting you know that the ticket will be closed for review. This means we have all the information, and someone on our team will check your case.

The ticket will be closed automatically, but If you qualify for compensation, you will receive your rewards directly in your inbox in the next few days, even if the ticket is closed.
