For account closure requests, you will have the option to erase your account progress and start afresh. If you wish to do so, please get in touch with us with the following details included:

- User ID (The one you'll find on the bottom of Profile Settings once you tap your picture and then, the cogwheel on the top right of the screen)
- Username
- Email address associated with the old game account

Keep in mind that once the data is deleted, there is no way to recover the progress and we can no longer transfer anything from one account to another.
